TENNESSEE STATE BB GUN CHAMPIONSHIP
HOSTED BY THE BEND OF THE RIVER

ELIGIBILTY: Open to all teams sponsored by a Jaycee chapter, 4-H club, etc. Participants must be at least age 8 and not older than 15 on the first day of the DNBBCM (July 29th, 2024). They must complete the Daisy Shooting Education Program or an equivalent course of instruction.

Individuals who were on a DNBBGCM team  in 2023  and anyone that is 15 years of age on the April 20 but turn 16 before the   DNBBGCM this year are eligible to compete in the Champion of Champions (C o C)   Individual Match.

REGISTRATION:  $5.00 per individual. You will need to fill out entry information file and return by March 16th, 2024.   Entry form download here Teams consist of five highest scoring members of a club selected by the Orion program.

RULES: Current NRA 5 Meter Gun Rules and the Official Match Program will govern this match. All ties will be broken.

COUSE OF FIRE NON COC:     
MATCH 1-10 SHOTS PRONE  10 minutes
MATCH 2-10 SHOTS STANDING  10 minutes
MATCH 3-10 SHOTS SITTING  10 minutes
MATCH 4-10 SHOTS KNEELING  10 minutes
UNLIMITEDS SHIGHTING SHOTS IN THE TEN MINUTES OF EACH POSITION.
 MATCH 5-100 POINT QUIZ ON GUNOLOGY AND SAFETY
 MATCH 6-AGG (PRONE, STANDING, SITTING, KNEELING AND 100 POINTS TEST)

EQUIPMENT: RIFLES: Rule 3.1 only Daisy models 99, 299, 499 and Avanti Champion 499 may be used.
Sights: Daisy 5899 or original as approved by Daisy.  Only  Daisy steel BBs will be allowed.

TARGETS:  The Orion Scoring System will be used. Decimal scoring will be used. 

FOOTWEAR: No footwear higher than the ankle may be worn by the competitors. Coaches, please advise your shooters not to wear high top sneakers, boots, etc. to
the match. They will be asked to remove them while shooting.

EYE PROTECTION: EVERYONE ON THE FIRING LINE MUST WEAR EYE PROTECTION!!

Daniel Shakleford Memorial Trophy 1st place shooting scores only (Not open to Champions)

TEAM PLAQUES: Aggregate of match  6 for team members
Open Division 1st Place, 2nd , 3rd if more than 5 teams
